Great old school diner with amazing NJ diner food . Hands down one of the best burgers around. Can't wait to try other menu items Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room and good for those with mobility issues

One of the two diners to go to in town. Not much to say since diner food is straightforward. But I do enjoy their daily specials versus other places. Haven't had any issues here. Service is pretty friendly.

Nice place open 24 hours . They have a big menu with something for every taste and the staff is very friendly . Parking is available and they deliver after 11am .

Just wanted to add to my review of Broadway Diner that they have the best pancakes! Also if you are looking for a catering venue to host ur next affair, the Chandelier has renovated and looks stunning. Its just on the other side of the door from Broadway Diner...dame Owners i believe

Cute diner that was really busy on a Saturday morning. We were seated immediately, and the server approached our table for our drink order within a minute of us sitting down. After perusing the giant menu, we both decided to get burgers. My husband ordered a Turkey Burger and I got the Ongo Burger, which came with Swiss cheese, onions and mushrooms (although I substituted the Swiss for American). I am a huge fan of waffle fries and was glad to see these were included as a side. The burgers themselves were perfectly done and very juicy. Service was very attentive. Once you get your bill, you pay the friendly lady at the front and you are on your way! They do have a little parking lot And on a busy day it could be hard to find a spot. But don't let that deter you from getting some great food!

Large place, service was good, food was okay. I ordered a Spanish omelette and it came with a generous portion but there wasn't too much flavor in the omelette and home fries. I didn't catch a picture but really did like the red mugs!

I was craving a diner style cheeseburger deluxe so I placed a take out order at Broadway diner over the phone. The process was quick and easy, but I expected a tastier burger. - Ordering and picking up I called and placed an order with a friendly employee. 15 minutes later I showed up and the food was ready. The place is big, there 3 people answering phones just like a small call center and there's a parking lot which is good since this is a busy area. - The food I expected more from my cheeseburger. Although it might look good in the picture, it was just ok. The bottom bread was a little wet probably due to the lettuce and tomatoes and the burger was thin. I've had much better diner burgers. Fries were ok, nothing exceptional. The package came with ketchup, mayo, coleslaw and a small pickle which was a nice touch. I paid $12 with taxes. Would I go back? Maybe, but not for a burger.

I was here twice. The first time I thought the food was pretty average. The second time I thought it was a lot better. Just have to try different things to see what is good. Our waitress was really nice. Super attentive and got the answers to all of our questions. The atmosphere is a normal, quaint and comfortable diner atmosphere. The booths are nice, if people sit behind you, you don't feel them getting up and down which is nice. I got the filet mignon special for $24 that night. It was two 4oz medallions with 2 sides, and a salad. That's a great deal. The steak was a first cut, so not the fancy center cut but that's fine. The meat was tender. Only one part had a vein and was grizzly but that's what you get with the first cut of a filet. The one thing was it was all very very salty. They put too much salt in it. I liked the cheese and the sautéed onions on top. I got the broccoli, I can tell it was frozen broccoli steamed but it was fine. I would have preferred fresh. Baked potato was good. My husband got the spicy crab bisque special soup and the mussels cavatelli. The mussels were excellent for $16. It looked like more than 2 dozen mussels and with pasta in a tomato cream sauce. Mussels where plump and fresh and cooked perfectly, not chewy at all. The pasta was Al dente and also perfect and the sauce was mild and creamy and delicious. It also came with a salad, he got the Caesar salad. Dressing was really good and not too salty, and the cheese on top was good as well. Sometimes Caesar salads can be stinky or really strong like anchovies and cheese but this was not and it was really good. My mom enjoyed her big Greek salad with grilled chicken on top. So big she couldn't finish it. My dad didn't like his burger though. It said 8oz and it was definitely not 8. It was flattened and thin and was more like 6oz. The fries were also very very greasy and soggy. Maybe the oil in deep fryer wasn't at right temp. But I was reading other reviews that say the same thing about the fries and the burger. The waitress brought bread to the table which was really nice and also gave my dad 2 pickles and coleslaw which was also really nice. Double chocolate cake was good. I liked the outside with the chocolate flakes. But it was a little dry and had a odd chemical aftertaste. It was kind of busy on a Saturday at 6 for dinner. Next time I want to try their famous pancakes. Overall very happy with the experience, our waitress was amazing and food was decent and super well priced. Best things were Caesar salad and mussels that we had.
